Ensure that your system clock, both the date and time, is correct.
Check that your cookie settings are on a medium privacy level.
Reset all cookies in your browser.

Your Receipts can viewed under My account > Previous Orders.
Log in and go to "My Account" where you will find a "Change Password" option.
